Zakka Along Week 6 :: Itty Magnets

This post is part of the Zakka Style Sew Along, please visit here to catch up if you’re just joining us!

——————–

Welcome to week 6!

(click on the picture to see who made each case)

Each week there are so many adorable things you all have made, I wish I had room to feature each one!

We had 58 entries for week 5 and the winner of the Le Femme fat quarter bundle is:

#55, Paula!

Congratulations Paula, and thank you Robert Kaufman!

———–

This week we are making the Itty Bitty Magnets and Adrienne of Little Bluebell will be inspiring us with her take on the project!

Projects that are completed and entered this week will be eligible to win a $25 gift certificate to Sew Mama Sew!

You may begin linking up your finished Magnets today through Sunday May 13th at 11:59 pm EST for a chance to win the $25 GC to Sew Mama Sew.

Click on the frog picture below to link up your project or to view the entries.

Also, just a friendly reminder that you can only enter 1 picture into the giveaway each week.

It’s okay if you make more than one of the weekly project, but you can’t link up all of them.    Choose your favorite picture to enter and you can add as many project photos as you’d like to the flickr group.

Thank you for understanding and helping to keep it fair for everyone!

Have fun this week and let us know in the flickr group if you’re having any trouble with your project.

We would love to help!

Lindsey

  1. Paula

Unless there is another Paula, I think that is me! Yay!!!

  2. I think i’m sitting this one out, I had made 2 and got completely frustrated! Linen is not a good fabric choice and after sewing this minute squares and triangles together on a to them-giant machine- I throw my hands up and say “No way!” Good luck to all the other gals!

  3. They were bears I tell you! Ok, now they look sweet as teddy bears, but Me oh my, how I had to be careful with my seams! My beginner status really shows on this one! Still love them and all I’m learning though 😀
