These are not typically my colors, I’m not a big fan of yellows and oranges, but these are truly gorgeous.
I purchased some of this new line to make a little mini quilt for Valentine’s Day.
I quilted it with 12 wt thread from Aurifil. This is a very heavy weight thread and it stitches really beautifully.
This color is a variegated pink, #4660.

My next door neighbor just recently moved with her darling baby. This would make a beautiful edition to her newly painted room in those colors.

After following the blog hop for this fabric I am in love with those gorgeous colors. My favorite (I think ~ or should I say today since it changed daily during the blog hop) is the one you’ve used in the lower right portion of your heart. I love that print. These are not colors I’d normally buy either but I just love them now. She did a great job with this fabric collection.

I love everything about your mini. The fabric and colors are great, but I have been really curious to see how Aurifil 12 wt quilts up. It’s even better than I imagined.
